PC FlashCards offers Remote Support, which is a free program used to help us trouble-shoot technical issues that require extra special attention.

Remote Support will allow you to invite us onto your PC enabling us to trouble- shoot an issue or demonstrate a PC Flashcards feature.

A PCFlashCards team member will discuss the Remote support in more detail if it is required to help troubleshoot your issue.

Can PCFlashCards connect to my computer anytime they want after I download the program?

• NO. In order for PCFlashCards to remotely support a user, the user has to request a connection from their computer to ours. We will then be able to setup a remote support connection to the users computer.
