| How to Export Cards: |

In PCFlashCards, choose the categories that contain the cards you want to export. (Select 'All' in a category if you want all the cards from that category chosen.)

From the tool bar at the top of the PCFlashCards dashboard, select Tools, then Export, then Cards from category.

The Category Export window will appear. Give the set of cards a File Name and click Export. (Export type should be PCFC)

When the exporting process is complete a window will appear letting you know how many cards were exported.

| 5. |
This will create a zipped file containing the cards, pictures and soundbytes. (example: Biology.PFC.Zip).

| 6. |
This zip is the file you need to upload to the website to put on our exchange page or email to a friend to swap cards with them.

| How to Upload Cards: |
| 1. |
Go to the 'Upload' screen on the PC Flash Cards website.
|
| 2. |
Fill in all of the information about your set of cards.
|
| 3. |
Using the browse button, locate the zip file you created.
|
| 4. |
When you are ready, hit Submit.
|
| 5. |
Please allow 48 hours for the cards to be uploaded to the website.
